To apply for a job at MegaMart, a Candidate creates an application via the hiring website, which includes a resume, and other related files including transcripts. When the application is complete, the candidate submits the application and waits for a response.A Hiring Specialist from the HR department at MegaMart will review the submitted application. At this stage it may be rejected if data is missing, or if mandatory qualifications for the position are not met, otherwise it is sent to the Selection Committee for review. The outcome of that review will either be that an interview is scheduled, also conducted by the selection committee, or the application will be rejected, a process handled by the Hiring Specialist.After the interview is conducted, structured feedback questionnaires are collected by the Hiring Specialist. From there, the application may or may not generate an offer. If the application is selected for offer, the Hiring specialist will prepare an offer and then submit it to the Candidate. The Candidate will review the offer, and then accept the offer, reject the offer, or send a counter-offer. The HR specialist will accept or reject the counter offer, after obtaining feedback from the selection committee. If the counter offer is accepted a new offer will be created for the candidate to accept. If an offer is accepted by the Candidate they will fill out employment forms and then the HR specialist will hire the candidate. If the application Is not selected for an offer, a rejection letter will be sent to the candidate.
