the basic ideas of Communication, Compassionate Care, Diversity, Equality and
Inclusion, Ethics, Evidence-Based Practice, Health Policy, and Social Determinants of
Health. These ideas are major to the turn of events and conveyance of excellent nursing
care. These ideas characterize the calling of nursing and guide healthcare persons in
giving top-notch care to people, families, and systems. This paper will investigate five of
these central ideas and discuss the meaning of these ideas in nursing practice, as well as
