Problem Statement
The research problem addressed in this study is the need to bridge the gap between
motivation theories and their practical application in organizational settings. While there is a
wealth of literature on motivation theories, there is a lack of comprehensive research that
explores how these theories can be effectively translated into concrete organizational strategies
(Lee, 2019). This gap in the current literature is particularly relevant and significant in
organizational psychology, where the motivation of employees serves an important role in
driving performance, job satisfaction, and overall organizational success. It is imperative to
address this problem to provide organizations with actionable insights on optimizing employee

The consensus in organizational psychology is that understanding and applying
